Terms & Conditions

These Conditions apply to all contracts entered into by A1 Fashion Goods (the "Seller"). By placing an order with the Seller or accepting the Seller's quotation, the Buyer agrees to deal with the Seller on these Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms, conditions, warranties or representations. The Seller may vary these conditions at any time subject to giving reasonable notice of such amendment to the Buyer.

Accuracy of Content

A1 Fashion Goods has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular that the prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours/details & usage of our products that appear on the website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions.

Payments

Here at A1 Fashion Goods, we appreciate that not everyone likes to pay for goods on line. Parting with personnel/business financial details is not everyone's cup of tea. So to keep things nice and simple, as an A1 Fashion Goods customer, you will have the option of completing online payment, via our sales hotline or via sending CHQs (payable to ‘A1 Fashion Goods’). You can pay via credit or debit card and CHQs.

If the payment is via Bank Transfer (request for details) or Cheque, funds should clear before dispatch. PayPal payments accepted from verified members.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final & if by any chance any product has a defect they can be replaced or refunded within 7 days after receiving the goods, email for return authorization (See ‘Delivery Information' for further info).

Postage to us will be at your cost (Unless Faulty) and reposting to you at our cost.

Shipping and Title

As soon as your credit card, debit card or bank transfer payment is confirmed, or funds cleared if you paid by CHQ (generally this takes up to 3 working days) we will ship the goods the same day or next working day (excluding bank holidays/ festive holidays.

All dispatched goods are fully traceable. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure these prompt deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by courier organisations or circumstances beyond our control. Also, if you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know when you place your order.

A1 Fashion Goods will arrange shipping of the Products to your address using a carrier of A1 Fashion Goods choice. We do not provide insurance on the Products during delivery. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt. A1 Fashion Goods will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failure, shipping company error, or acts of nature.

If the Website contains links to third party websites that are maintained by others, these links are provided solely as a convenience to users, and are not an endorsement by the contents of such third-party websites. A1 Fashion Goods is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third-party sites. Changes to Legal Notices

A1 Fashion Goods reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will take effect when posted on the Website and it is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions on each occasion you use the Website.

Fraud

Using fraudulent information to complete orders and/or completing orders with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and the appropriate authorities will be informed and legal action will be taken. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete orders; using false information to complete orders; using information that is not authorized by the card holder.
